Apples, Fuji per Kg

Fuji apples contain between 15 to 18 percent sugar levels, making them one of the sweetest varieties available. They were developed in the late 1930's in Japan and are cross between Red Delicious and Virginia Ralls Janet varieties. Fuji's also have a very long shelf life compared to other apples, lasting up to 6 months when kept refrigerated.
